Job Summary
Lead occupancy, leasing, and renewal performance while managing budgets, controlling expenses, and maximizing property financial results. Oversee day-to-day community operations by conducting routine inspections of apartments, common areas, and grounds, and coordinate work orders, unit turns, and capital projects with Area Tech and the Area Director. Drive leasing through strategic marketing and prospect follow-up, execute resident retention strategies, and respond promptly to resident concerns to ensure the Cresten brand is reflected in every move-in and move-out experience. Monitor online reputation, key performance indicators, and local multifamily market trends to implement data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and overall community performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of property management experience in multi-family residential, with demonstrated success in luxury or Class A communities
- Demonstrated track record of sustaining occupancy at or above 95%
- Proficiency with AppFolio property management software
- High School Diploma required
- Detail-oriented with exceptional office skills
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Operating standard office equipment, including job-related computer hardware and software applications, including Microsoft Office Products
- Strong supervisory and decision-making skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
- Ability to analyze data, recommend solutions, and implement policies effectively
- Within Sioux Falls Metro area on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel
