Job Summary
Conduct daily property walks to ensure curb appeal and policy adherence, while collecting rent dues and tracking revenue and expenses. Approve timecards for office and maintenance staff, manage contract obligations, and coordinate all move-in/move-out items. Handle sales and marketing ventures to maintain high occupancy rates and resident retention, and oversee contractors to ensure work meets quality standards. Train and develop team members in compliance with company policies, fostering positive relationships with residents and vendors. Prepare reports for upper management and manage delinquency follow-ups using AI tools. Requires Monday-Friday on-site presence at the 160-unit LARC at Burien senior community.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience managing at least 100 units
- Must be well-versed in Federal Fair Housing Laws, landlord-tenant laws and ADA Laws
- Customer service experience required
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be able to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience at an affordable or tax credit multifamily community within the last 10 years preferred
- 2+ years of experience managing an affordable or tax credit multifamily community, including team oversight and property operations is preferred
- Onesite and/or Knock experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in effective communication and teamwork
- Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach
- Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work
