Job Summary
Community Director responsible for leading the on-site team, aligning operations with owner objectives, and maximizing property performance. The role requires motivating and guiding the on-site team, hiring/training, managing owner relationships, contributing to budget development, monitoring financial performance, meeting occupancy and revenue goals through leasing and marketing strategies, overseeing vendor invoices and insurance certificates, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other regulations, and maintaining property standards through inspections and maintenance oversight. Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, clients, and stakeholders, drive resident satisfaction and retention, and travel as needed to support property opportunities. Senior-level leadership, financial acumen, proficiency with property management software, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through change are required; college degree is optional.
