Job Summary
Conduct tours of the community and inspect apartments while understanding product and service offerings. Close sales and secure leases, obtain Fair Housing Certification, and market to potential customers. Train, supervise, and evaluate employees while processing data and performing additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and Regional Directors. Requires outgoing leadership with exceptional organizational and project management skills, strong communication abilities, and 5+ years of multifamily residential experience. Must be able to access varied terrain, stand, walk, and sit alternatively.
