Job Summary

Conduct community tours, inspect apartments, and secure leases while obtaining Fair Housing Certification. Train, supervise, and evaluate employees; process data; and market to potential customers. Understand community products and services, performing additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and Regional Directors. Requires 5+ years in multifamily residential, customer service, or related industries, with a high school diploma and college degree preferred. Must possess exceptional organizational and project management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to access varied community terrain.
