Job Summary
Conduct tours of the community and inspect apartments, close sales and secure leases, and obtain Fair Housing Certification. Train, supervise, and evaluate employees while marketing to potential customers and processing data. Understand community products and services, perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and Regional Directors, and maintain exceptional organizational and project management skills. This role requires a self-starter with strong communication abilities to operate in a fast-paced environment across varied terrain. Crowne Partners manages and develops Class-A luxury apartment communities throughout the US, building unified teams committed to its core values.
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing
- Self-starter; ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve creatively
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to access the varied terrain of the community; stand, walk, and sit alternatively
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years' experience in multifamily residential, customer service or other related industries
- Strong computer skills (ability to operate Microsoft, including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
