Job Summary
Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop sales and service programs; hold daily meetings with sales advisors to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met; review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability; ensure staff are trained on products and services and understand inventory and spaces available; resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service; requires high integrity, empathy, and strong communication and interpersonal skills; leadership/management experience preferred; valid driver’s license with driving record required.
Required Qualifications
- Two years sales experience preferred
- One year leadership or management experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (background check process)
