Job Summary
Develops and cultivates prospective and current community relationships in the Paw Paw, Decatur, and Dowagiac areas by promoting Honor Credit Union products and services; engages in community outreach, media and public relations, events, and community partnerships; collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth member experience and goal achievement; role includes after-hours communication and community events to maximize Impact in the served regions; requires a college degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of related experience, with strong written/verbal communication and banking product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or completion of a specialized course of study from a business or trade school; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience
- Three to five years of similar or related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Robust knowledge of banking products and services
- Excellent Sales and organizational skills
