Lead the EMEA market strategy and operating model for JPMorganChase's International Consumer Bank across UK and Europe, driving market intelligence, governance, and cross-entity execution with Chase UK, JP Morgan Personal Investing, Global Philanthropy, and other partners. Translate insights into funded plans, define market entry and expansion hypotheses, synthesize country-level insights into regional strategy, and deliver senior committee-ready narratives. Collaborate across product, marketing, risk, compliance, legal, finance, and operations to align execution, governance, and measurement of financial health, inclusion, and customer experiences across diverse European markets. Develop and maintain an EMEA market repository, define portfolio activation models, and ensure outcomes are aligned with financial health priorities. Demonstrate extensive multi-country experience in regulated financial services, strong stakeholder influence, capability to allocate resources via investment recommendations and business cases, and a commitment to inclusion and culturally informed customer design.
