Community Development International (CDI) Director

Lead CDI's strategic planning, operational oversight, and budget management while cultivating partnerships within the church and global communities. Steward the mission by managing day-to-day operations, staffing, reporting, and fundraising for the non-profit entity, including governance and compliance activities. Develop an operational playbook that identifies new partners, fosters local program design, and monitors impact. Manage the relationship with Opulence Malawi and coordinate donor development trips. Represent the organization publicly to advocate for global community development initiatives.
