Job Summary
Interact with senior living residents, families, vendors, and visitors while conducting regular patrols inside and outside the property. Assist nursing staff and emergency responders with wellness checks, emergency calls, and fire alarms, and lead regular fire drills in the skilled nursing facility. Manage the badge system and door accesses, and perform light preventive maintenance duties as assigned. Full-time schedule from Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with potential holidays and weekends. Weekly overtime at 1.5x rate and double pay for holidays. Requires active Tennessee Unarmed Security Guard license and one year of security experience. Pre-employment background check and drug screening are required.
