Job Summary
Manage cases for individuals serving community-based orders, including Parole Orders, Intensive Corrections Orders, and Community Corrections Orders. Conduct home visits to ensure compliance with conditions and collaborate with individuals under supervision to develop and implement rehabilitative strategies. Monitor progress toward established goals and work with offenders in custody to prepare them for successful reintegration into the community upon release. Complete a mandatory four-week, in-person training program at Corrective Services Brush Farm Academy as part of the Certificate IV in Correctional Practice curriculum. This role offers extensive training opportunities and clear pathways for career advancement within Corrective Services NSW, including progression to Senior Community Corrections Officer, Team Leader, or Manager roles.

- People with an understanding of the NSW criminal justice system
