Job Summary
Provide end-to-end mobilisation support for PALM workers from arrival to departure at Primo Foods' Wacol site, guiding workers through accommodation setup, transport coordination, onboarding, welfare checks, visa cancellations, and offboarding tasks while ensuring compliance with PALM Deed and DEWR onboarding requirements. Maintain accurate immigration, financial and compliance data, collaborate with HR, Welfare & Wellbeing, Training, Finance and external partners to deliver culturally sensitive support, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to system and process improvements while staying current with PALM scheme requirements. The role emphasizes hands-on, cohorted support in a high-volume environment and requires strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills across diverse cultural groups.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in administration, customer service, community support, or a similar role
- Knowledge of offshore recruitment, mobility processes or PALM/PLF programs
- Excellent organisation, planning and problem-solving skills in fast paced environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse cultural groups
- Sound judgement, situational awareness, and the ability to work proactively both independently and as part of a team
- Resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to supporting people through change and transition
