Community Coordinator (P 40h)

Job Summary
Community Coordinator responsible for supervising participant groups across work sites, developing and maintaining volunteer, vocational, and educational opportunities, contributing to curriculum development to meet program goals, implementing independent living and self-advocacy skills, transporting individuals to activities, preparing assessments/reports, participating in ISP meetings, and collaborating with other coordinators to ensure quality service delivery. Requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to flex hours; on-site role in Malden, MA. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a Massachusetts driver's license; some college or related experience preferred. Full-time position with standard weekday hours (M-F 8:00a-4:30p) and potential for schedule flexibility.
