Job Summary
Design and elevate KICK Bounties to gamify the user experience and bring fictional avatars to life across Discord, X, and Reddit. Connect every touchpoint into a seamless community experience while owning the brand's tone of voice and building features that deepen loyalty. Turn insights into action by pursuing data on watch hours, clips, and engagement to drive business outcomes. Stay fluent in evolving platforms and Gen Z culture to shape how viewers and streamers experience the brand. This full-time role is based in our Melbourne office with a competitive pay and bonus scheme.
Required Qualifications
- First-hand knowledge of platforms such as X, Reddit, and Discord, with a real grasp of what makes these communities tick
- A viewer, streamer, or clipper of live streams
- Commercial aptitude: can connect community activity to business outcomes
- Fluent in gaming, sports, television, and internet culture, and in tune with Gen Z
- Demonstrable creative flair; produces and owns original ideas and content, not just reactions
- Able to travel domestically and internationally for events
Desired Qualifications
- Community, social, or content experience in a fast-paced tech environment
- Adobe Suite or similar production software
- Analytics platforms, low-code automation, or light scripting
