Job Summary
Community Coordinator role overseeing groups of participants in varied settings (work sites, volunteer sites, recreational outings); develops diverse volunteer, vocational, and educational opportunities; supports curriculum development and integration of independent living, employment, self-advocacy, and soft skills into daily activities; facilitates transportation to activities and employment sites; collects data for ISP-related progress notes and reports; participates in ISP meetings with participants, families, and providers; collaborates with fellow Coordinators to ensure quality service delivery and represents Triangle to clients and community partners; requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years relatable experience preferred, and MA driver’s license; full-time schedule aligned with program needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college-related coursework and/or one to three years' relatable experience preferred.
- Massachusetts driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to verbally communicate, read, analyze, interpret, and write documents.
