Job Summary
Oversee all business office and primary accounting functions for the retirement community, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting. Process semi-monthly payroll, manage monthly invoicing, and handle heavy accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks. Partner with leadership on budgeting and financial decisions, while assisting the Regional HR Manager with administrative HR tasks. Work closely with the central accounting team to support community management with daily updates and budgeting for multiple departments.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in business administration or accounting
- Experience processing payroll
- Experience working with budgets for multiple departments
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Prior exposure to computerized accounting software
- A genuine interest in working with a senior population

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with RealPage property management software is a plus
