Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for guiding residents through the leasing process, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving leasing performance. Responsibilities include personalized tours, recommending floorplans, tailoring updates to prospective residents, and executing creative campaigns, outreach, and social media to generate interest. Weekend availability (notably Saturdays) is required. Must leverage strong communication skills, sales and marketing acumen, and knowledge of property management software to manage leads, follow through on resident preferences, and help create a welcoming community experience.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
