Job Summary
Community Consultant (Leasing Agent) at Terravista Apartments seeks a candidate to tour units, highlight property features, handle customer and tenant relations, maintain knowledge of the current area market, prepare and maintain reports for managers, host community events, and assist residents through the rental process. Requires 2+ years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED. On-site position with a schedule of Tuesday–Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and relocation consideration for applicants not currently residing at the property; on-site presence is required.
