Job Summary

Support the Early Success Coalition as the Healthy Start Community Consortium by serving as the primary liaison to community participants and fostering relationships with Core Leadership and Steering Committee members. Partner with Regional One grant leadership on strategic planning, assist in creating agendas, leading meetings, and developing plans to support new members. Maintain contact with clients with lived experience to provide support and training, communicate updates to workgroups, and establish data collection for reporting on grant activities and quality improvement. Develop and implement community partnerships while participating in training on maternal and child health best practices. Requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of nonprofit experience, and proficiency in Google Suite.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Nonprofit Administration, Social Work, Child Development, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Public Health, or closely related field
  • Two (2) years relevant job experience
  • Experience with nonprofit or community program implementation
  • Must be proficient in Google Suite programs including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
