Job Summary
Lead a team of CCYT Specialists delivering youth-centered services to young adults ages 17-26 transitioning from foster care. Supervise staff, coach performance, monitor outcomes, and foster partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders. Ensure high-quality program delivery within a peer-to-peer model where specialists must possess lived experience in foster care, kinship care, homelessness, or mandated family services. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field with management experience in non-profit social service agencies. Travel is required with or without accommodation. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, public administration, or a related human services field
- Two (2+) years of experience working in non-profit social service agencies
- Management experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Experience working with marginalized communities
- Understanding of the barriers that impact underserved communities
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust
