Job Summary
Community Connection Supervisor leads the supervision, coaching, and development of Community Connection Coaches, ensuring delivery of services per ISPs and aligning staff efforts with organizational goals. The role is hybrid, with approximately 60% field-based coaching, mentoring, and training across Lower Montgomery and Bucks County, plus a weekly office presence to manage payroll and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include supervising staff, collaborating on ISP documentation and reviews, supporting annual ISP meetings, approving hours and travel reimbursements, participating in recruiting and onboarding, developing performance improvement plans, facilitating quarterly staff meetings, and contributing to on-call coverage. Requires strong communication, teamwork facilitation, reflective practice, and commitment to PRIDE values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 3 years of supervisory experience, or Associate degree required with at least 5 years of supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Community-based IDD supervisory experience strongly preferred
