Job Summary
Support and assist community members to access information, support, and referral options in response to their presenting needs. Develop effective activities to engage and build community capacity while providing brokerage assistance to help individuals access services. Work with families to support their participation through meeting their needs, building personal capacity, and facilitating forward planning. Complete administrative tasks including report writing, data collection, and workplace health and safety practices. This part-time role consists of 32 hours per week. You will work within program budgets and demonstrate effective time management and communication skills. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and relevant probity checks are required. Required Qualifications
- Experience in service delivery to families and community members
- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals and groups
