Community Congregate Site Coordinator (Dove Springs)

Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of assigned congregate meal sites, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations while coordinating meal delivery, setup, and service. Engage with clients to foster a welcoming environment and plan social, educational, and wellness activities for participants. Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to support meal service and programming, maintaining accurate records of attendance and volunteer hours. Serve as the primary liaison between Meals on Wheels Central Texas, community partners, and site participants. Respond to client concerns and escalate issues appropriately. Monitor site inventory and request supplies as needed. This role requires a valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Part-time, hourly non-exempt position in Austin, TX.
Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in program coordination

- Experience working with older adults
