Community Concierge & Marketing Specialist

Visit provider and attorney offices to educate referral sources on services, pricing, and scheduling systems. Attend conferences and networking events, coordinating booth setup and materials while assisting with broader outreach efforts. Support marketing initiatives and manage communication with third-party vendors. Serve as the key point of contact for referral partners to ensure an exceptional experience for both providers and patients. This role requires traveling between locations, working independently in a fast-paced environment, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.
