Community Concierge & Marketing Specialist

Visit provider and attorney offices to educate referral sources on services, pricing, and scheduling systems. Attend conferences and networking events, coordinating booth setup and materials while assisting with broader outreach efforts. Support marketing initiatives and manage communication with third-party vendors to ensure an exceptional experience for partners and patients. Serve as the key point of contact for referral partners across multiple locations. This role requires comfort communicating with healthcare professionals, managing multiple projects, and traveling between offices and events in a fast-paced environment.
