Visit provider and attorney offices to educate referral sources on services, pricing models, scheduling processes, and systems. Attend conferences and networking events to coordinate booth setup and materials while assisting with broader outreach efforts. Serve as the key point of contact for referral partners to ensure an exceptional experience for both providers and patients. Support marketing initiatives and manage communication with third-party marketing vendors. Travel between offices and events to build and maintain strong relationships across multiple locations.
