Job Summary
The Community Concierge, Manager on Duty will lead the concierge team, providing operational leadership and best-in-class customer service at the Community Hub. Responsibilities include greeting community members, managing customer transactions, resolving concerns, ensuring cleanliness and safety of the facility, maintaining supply inventory, and supporting community engagement. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Earned high school diploma or GED
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness and ability to complete all mandatory YMCA training and certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred
