Job Summary
Community Companion Home Provider responsibilities include welcoming and supporting a person with a developmental disability to live in a natural family environment, assisting with daily tasks such as self-care, transportation to medical appointments, and participation in social and recreational activities to support community integration. Licensed providers will undergo required training, background checks, home study, and fire safety checks during licensing; weekly day programs are available to allow the provider to work or participate in activities. The provider will receive a monthly payment comprising room-and-board and care reimbursements based on the individual’s need, with supports like respite care, nursing on-call, and license renewal through Marrakech’s CCH team.
