Job Summary
Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community, providing companionship, community support, life skills, or ADL assistance. Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals while assisting with routines and activities based on the individual's needs. Maintain safety, follow individualized support instructions, and drive the individual in your own vehicle. Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. This part-time role offers meaningful work for college students, educators, or human-services professionals seeking consistency, with hours tailored to the family's schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule
- Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one
- Must be comfortable driving an individual in your own vehicle
- Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training
