Community Coach - Day Program

Support and instruct intellectually and developmentally disabled adults on a 24/7 basis in a residential group home and within the community. Monitor residents in daily living skills, self-care, hygiene, mobility, and money management while facilitating social, leisure, and volunteer activities. Conduct supportive behavioral interventions, assist with physician appointments, and transport residents via agency van. Dispense and record medications, participate in housekeeping and meal preparation, and secure the facility per policy. Available for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles.
