Job Summary
Program Manager for DYCD Beacon Community Centers, overseeing more than 15 sites. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating CBO contracts, reviewing and approving annual programming scope of work, conducting site visits during late afternoons/evenings/weekends, providing technical assistance and corrective action to underperforming CBOs, evaluating contract performance reports and agency fiscal documents for compliance, training CBOs on DYCD Connect and other web-based program-management tools, producing summary reports and recommendations to improve program performance, preparing standard reports for higher management, and integrating Youth Development and Youth Leadership standards into program development. Also carries out senior-management assignments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1) A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or related activities; or 2) High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or related activities; or 3) education/experience equivalent to (1) or (2) with at least one year of experience as described in (1) above.

- Bachelor's degree or higher required as per options: a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college with two years experience in community work; or high school graduation with six years experience; or equivalent education/experience with at least one year of experience as described.
