Job Summary
Provide personal cares and compassionate assistance to residents at Park View Village during the evening shift (4:00pm–8:00pm). Duties include assisting with dressing, grooming, oral cares, bathing, toiletries, redirection, and mobility; supporting medication reminders and tasks delegated by RN; preparing meals per plans; recording vital signs and glucose as instructed; assisting with insulin injections; promoting independence and social engagement; and documenting services accurately while following agency procedures. Must work as part of the care team with LPN/RN, adapt to changing environments, and maintain professional hygiene and dress.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Graduate of a recognized nursing assistant program and in good standing with the Minnesota NA/registry; or successful completion of agency orientation/training for unlicensed personnel and competent to provide services per RN.
