Job Summary
Lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team delivering community aged care services across the Gladstone region, ensuring safe, person-centred outcomes that promote client choice and independence. Manage workforce capability, operational performance, and financial sustainability while maintaining compliance with legislative, contractual, and accreditation requirements. Build productive relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and community stakeholders to strengthen CatholicCare's reputation and service reach. Support the implementation of aged care reform and organisational initiatives to enhance client outcomes and drive sustainable growth. This permanent full-time role requires a C class driver's license and involves regular travel throughout the Diocese of Rockhampton.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, management, community services, health or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and demonstrated experience
- Experience in the delivery of Commonwealth Home Support Program, Support at Home or other government funded community aged care services
- Current C class Driver's license (QLD)
- Ability and willingness to undertake regular travel throughout the Diocese of Rockhampton
- Applicants must have full and unrestricted working rights in Australia at the time of application
- Satisfactory completion of relevant screening and background checks, including an Australian Federal Police check, an NDIS disability worker screening check, and attainment of a Blue Card for working with children
