Community Care Call Center Service Representative in Community Care Administration. Receives and relays incoming calls from within the facility and patients into the call center system; assists with requests for departments such as home medical equipment and licenses home health care services; enters information into the call center system. Demonstrates the ability to handle pressure to meet deadlines, manage varying situations, interact with a diverse range of people, and resolve conflicts. Performs all assigned duties and adheres to licensing board/regulatory requirements and Benefis Health System policies. Exemption wage non-exempt starting at $17.51/hour, with wage based on experience; Benefis is Montana’s premier health system with extensive facilities and opportunities.
