Job Summary
Community Care Assistant at Home Instead Pocklington & Brough. Provides person-centred in-home care to older clients, including companionship, personal care, meal preparation, medication support, shopping and errands, and helping clients stay independent. Visits are typically one hour, with various shift patterns available (e.g., Morning 8:15am–2:15pm, Evening 4:00pm–10:00pm; 3–4 set weekdays; alternate weekends). Requires a driving licence and access to a vehicle, and a right to work in the UK; DBS check and induction/training provided; opportunities for career progression and a referral bonus.
