Job Summary
Part-time Community Care Aide (Day Shift) to work one-on-one with patients in their communities. Responsibilities include assisting with community activities (museums, malls, parks), helping wheelchair-bound clients with feeding and toileting, maintaining records of patient care, reporting observations to supervisor, and engaging patients in conversations and activities. Role requires strong technology and verbal communication skills, a High School Diploma or GED, five years of professional experience, and a driver’s license. Home Health experience is mandatory. Schedule is Day Shift in Philadelphia County and may lead to full-time with continued employment.
