Job Summary
Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner, deliver a compelling campaign message, and persuade voters to sign a clean energy pledge. Collect complete survey answers and participate in staff training to improve outreach skills. Follow the campaign's safety protocols. Team Leaders additionally manage small groups of canvassers by checking in periodically and debriefing at day's end, ensuring each canvasser has necessary materials, and assisting directors with training and administrative work. Shifts run 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday with possibilities for advancement.
