Job Summary
The Community & Business Banker delivers personalized client service in person and by phone, maintains a variety of personal and business accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs), originates personal loans, processes loan requests, identifies referral opportunities across lines of business (Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, Business Banking, Wealth Management), expands client relationships through outbound engagement, performs teller duties as needed, and ensures compliance with bank regulations. Responsibilities include documenting referrals with 360 View, staying current on regulatory changes, and supporting financial education and volunteer activities. Requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong computer/CRM skills; Mortgage Licensing Act compliance is noted as part of qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years banking or related experience required
- Associate's Degree preferred
