Job Summary
Lead the community branch, driving member-focused service and sales growth while ensuring operational integrity and compliance. Oversee and coach branch staff to deliver exceptional member experiences, manage performance, scheduling, cross-training, and staff development, and maintain strong community relationships. Maintain branch knowledge of lending processes, security, and fraud procedures; ensure risk controls and regulatory compliance. Represent the credit union in the community, collaborate with business partners, promote financial education, and achieve branch productivity and growth. This role requires NMLS registration, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), and a valid Colorado driver’s license; travel only as needed for branch operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years of financial or sales management experience
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
- Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and provide proof of insurance
