Job Summary
Community Behavioral Health Worker using the I-FAST treatment model to support youth aged 5-21 and families in Fayette County, OH. Responsibilities include direct clinical treatment, thorough client/family assessments, engaging caregivers and community supports (schools, probation, child welfare), weekly case planning and progress evaluation, and ongoing training and supervision. The role emphasizes building strengths, addressing behavior change, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring access to 24/7 support as needed. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years directly related experience
- Experience working with multisystems such as Court, Child Protective Services, Schools, OhioRise, Family Children First Council
- Current license/certification (LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC) preferred
- Experience with complex family systems and youth with emotional/mental health issues
- Demonstrated cultural awareness
- Experience with multi-need individuals and families
- Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment
