Community Based Provider - Tompkins

Deliver Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) to youth under 21 by building therapeutic relationships with children and their families to promote caregiver-child connections. Timely identify and communicate behavioral, emotional, or medical needs to consented providers while collaborating with families and other service providers for comprehensive care. Confer regularly with supervisors and directors on each child's progress and provide safe transportation as part of service delivery. Complete administrative functions including scheduling visits, planning activities, and documentation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field and two years of Human Service experience. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with competitive hourly rates ranging from $18.50 to $24.50.
