Community Based Provider - Steuben

Provide Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) and Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services (PSR) to youth under 21, building therapeutic relationships with children and families to promote caregiver-child connections. Timely identify and communicate behavioral, emotional, or medical needs with consented providers while collaborating with families and other service providers for comprehensive care. Confer regularly with supervisors and directors on progress, complete administrative functions including visit scheduling and documentation, and provide safe transportation as part of service delivery. Requires a High School Diploma for PSR or Bachelor's Degree for CPST, two years of Human Services experience, and a valid driver's license. Full-time roles offer health, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, and PTO.
