Job Summary
Provide Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) and Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services (PSR) to youth under 21, building therapeutic relationships with children, families, and other service providers to support behavioral challenges and promote caregiver-child connections. Timely identify and communicate behavioral, emotional, or medical needs to consented providers while collaborating on comprehensive care plans. Confer regularly with supervisors and directors on child progress, complete required administrative functions including scheduling visits and documentation, and provide safe transportation as part of service delivery. Requires a High School Diploma for PSR or Bachelor's Degree for CPST, two years of human service experience, and a valid driver's license.
