Job Summary
Provide Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) and Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services (PSR) to youth under 21, building therapeutic relationships with children and their families to promote caregiver-child connections. Timely identify and communicate behavioral, emotional, or medical needs with consented providers while collaborating with families and other service providers for comprehensive care. Confer regularly with supervisors and program directors on each child's progress and safely transport youth as part of service delivery. Complete required administrative functions, including scheduling visits, planning activities, and documenting all requirements. Requires a High School Diploma for PSR or Bachelor's Degree for CPST, two years of Human Services experience, and a valid driver's license. Full-time and part-time options available with benefits including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and PTO.
