Job Summary
Provide CPST and PSR services to youth under 21 using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); build strong therapeutic relationships with youth and families; promote caregiver-child relationships per the treatment plan; identify and communicate behavioral, emotional, or medical needs with consented providers; coordinate with supervisor, licensed professionals, and program director on progress; complete scheduling, activity planning, and documentation; provide safe transportation as part of service delivery; collaborate with youth, families, and other providers to deliver comprehensive care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED - PSR position - required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field - for CPST position
- 2 years experience in Human Service field required
- Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment required
