Job Summary
Provide Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) to youth under 21, building therapeutic relationships with children and families while promoting caregiver-child connections per the established treatment plan. Identify and communicate behavioral, emotional, or medical needs to consented providers and confer regularly with supervisors and directors on child progress. Deliver safe transportation as part of service delivery and collaborate with families and other service providers for comprehensive care. Complete administrative functions including scheduling visits, planning activities, and documentation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, two years of Human Service experience, and a valid driver's license.
