Job Summary
Crisis Response Team (CRT) Peer Support Specialist (PSS) provides peer-driven outreach and engagement for individuals seeking help, responding to calls dispatched by local crisis lines, and motivating patients to pursue services. Responsibilities include in-field engagement, documenting Crisis Intervention Notes, Trip Tickets, and Mobile Crisis Intervention Field Forms by end of shift; leveraging personal recovery experience to support patients, families, and others, and participating in ongoing staff training and professional development. Required to have a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders, a valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean 39-month MVR, and peer certification within 90 days of hire; prior outreach/engagement experience is preferred. The role offers an hourly pay structure with competitive benefits.
