Job Summary
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Community Based Outreach Team Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in Arizona. The role responds to calls from the CBI Access to Care Line, handles transports from CBI facilities, conducts in-field assessments to determine appropriateness of care (in consultation with the CBI Triage RN when risk is present), and ensures documentation of Crisis Intervention Notes, Trip Tickets, and Mobile Crisis Intervention Field Forms before end of shift. Requires a high school diploma or GED (Associates or higher preferred), 6 months of healthcare-related experience, AZ Driver's License, and a valid 39-month Motor Vehicle Record; EMT certification is preferred. The position is based in Avondale/Phoenix/Scottsdale/Mesa, AZ with in-person work arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 6 months health care related experience preferred
- Emergency Medical Technician certification preferred (AZ)
- Current AZ Driver's License (valid)
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
