Job Summary
Provide intensive in-home service to youth 12-17 and their families using the evidence-based Multisystemic Therapy model to address complex behavioral challenges. Collaborate with families, schools, and community systems to develop, implement, and monitor goals while delivering crisis intervention as needed. Conduct group supervision and consultation to foster long-term positive outcomes and reduce risk factors. This role requires a low caseload of five cases and offers a flexible schedule with availability during afternoons and weekends. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with potential to work in a community-based or fully remote setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years working with at-risk youth and families
- Licensed or license-eligible in South Carolina (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Valid Driver's License
- Pass a drug screening test
- Extensive background check
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and on-call rotation
